Dessert Pizza, no gluten, refined sugar, dairy, soy, or guilt!


Mmm, dessert pizza — I was always a sucker for dessert pizza, and somehow convinced myself that all desert pizzas must be healthy too–after all, they had fruit, right?! ummm, not so much.

So this was another request from some of our pinner family and we’re so glad they wanted a healthy version. It is delicious, and if you want to eat gluten-free, refined sugar-free, chemical-free, dairy-free, and soy-free, this is for you. Or, if you aren’t concerned about those things and just want to minimize the guilt in your life…step on up and try this delicious dessert pizza out! And as long as you never tell them, no one else will know that it’s healthy too!

    Just wanted to point out that the ingredients list says coconut sugar, but the instructions say date sugar. Which one should we use? Can’t wait to try this out!!! LOVE your cook book! :)
