OLIVE GARDEN PASTA ALFREDO RECIPE

Believe it or not, this is vegan too! Yep, enjoy our Healthy Knock-off recipe :)
We love to transform and improve recipes to make them absolutely mouth-watering, but delicious. Soo when one of our veiwers challenged us on making a knock-off of Olive Garden's Pasta Alfredo, what could we say? Taaa daaaa, here it is!
WARNING: One more thing--this recipe contains a few ingredients that could "scare" you! Not because they are bad, but just the opposite, they are absolutely amazing and super power loaded with nutrients. So when they look foreign and wierd, don't panic--just head to the health food grocery store and snag them. Once you realize how wonderful they are, they'll become essential in your new pantry anyway.. Promise :)

FIRST INGREDIENTS
2 cups regular coconut milk or oat milk
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup rice milk cheese (mozerella flavor)
1 Tablespoon lemon juice (1/2 of 1 lemon)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground peppercorns

SECOND INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tablespoons brewers yeast
2 Tablespoons chia seeds - ground

DIRECTIONS.
Place all of the FIRST INGREDIENTS together in a blender and mix well for 3-4 minutes.
Next add the SECOND INGREDIENTS to the blender and pulse all ingredients together 2 or 3 times.

SERVES FOUR.
Serve over Quinoa or Rice Fettucine or Spahetti noodles. Season to taste :)
